Shipping & Returns Policy


Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are then packaged and sent on their way.
Delivery charges are calculated by weight and will be added to your purchase at checkout.

We aim to deliver your package 3-5 days from date of dispatch. Please note that due to COVID restrictions delays may occur.

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you with the option of back ordering the item for you or you can choose to receive a refund if you do not wish to wait.


If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, we will issue a refund provided you return the item unused with the original labels and packaging, including a proof of purchase within 28 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your items are damaged in shipment, please contact us within 48 hours along with photographic proof of damage. We will arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for our shop.


If you wish to return an item, you received as a gift we can offer to replace the item for another item or offer a credit note for our website worth the value of the item on date of return.
